Sorrento and Positano: two different jewels
Sorrento, the most popular holiday resort in the Bay of Naples, has a very mild and pleasant climate. This beautiful and exclusive town of 16,000 inhabitants lives mainly on tourism. Sorrento boasts a nice historic center and a lovely coastline. It is also known as the birthplace of Torquato Tasso, a great Italian writer from the sixteenth century.
